Representative Landgraff introduced House Bill 19-1300 concerning vehicle identification number inspections performed by a peace officer certified to perform the inspection.  The bill raises the inspection fee to $50 and allows for the adjustment of the fee annually for inflation.  The bill limits the certification that a peace officer must have to perform inspections to a term of three years.
