Senator Sonnenberg explained Senate Bill 20-101.  The
bill requires that pesticide applicators be notified about complaints against
them within 24 hours of identifying the subject of the complaint by the
Department of Agriculture or Commissioner of Agriculture or no disciplinary
action can be taken against them.  Committee discussion regarding
the bill ensued.
