co-prime bill sponsors, introduced House Bill 20-1339, concerning the conditions
under which demonstration plates may be used on motor vehicles before the
vehicles are sold to customers.  The bill authorizes the use of demonstration
plates when the motor vehicle is on the dealer property, driven by a prospective
buyer, and driven by a dealer employee for normal business.  The plate
may not be used for towing, parts pick up and delivery, courtesy shuttle,
renting, hauling, and advertisement.
