of Western Colorado University, introduced the appointees to the Western
Colorado University Board of Trustees: Alvina Vasquez and Theresa Szczurek.
The Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment C. The
appointees took turns introducing themselves to the committee and speaking
about why they would like to be appointed to the board.
