Representative Gonzales-Gutierrez and Representative Larson, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1334.  The bill updates portions of the statutes governing the Tony Grampsas Youth Services Program (TGYS) to reflect current practices, including changes to definitions, eligibility details, and member criteria for the TGYS board.  Additionally, the bill allows unexpended and unencumbered funds deposited to the Youth Services Program Cash Fund, the Youth Mentoring Services Cash Fund, the Student Dropout Prevention and Intervention Cash Fund, and the Before and After School Project Cash Fund to be available for expenditure the following fiscal year without additional appropriation.
