Ms. Rebecca Wallace, representing the ACLU, testified in support of the bill. Discussion ensued regarding the "Missouri model," and the implications of expanding the pilot program. Mr. Jacobson responded to questions regarding staffing within DYS. Ms. Wallace provided input on the use of certain tactics within DYS.
