Jeremy Hill, Department of Human Services, introduced the department's supplemental capital budget requests.  Mr. Hill distributed a handout (Attachment B).  Committee members received a written description of the projects provided by Legislative Council Staff (Attachement C).  Mr. Hill responded to questions from the committee.  Committee discussion ensued.
