Representatives McCluskie and Caraveo presented House Bill 20-1427 to the committee.  Conditional on voter approval, this bill raises taxes on cigarettes and tobacco products and establishes a new tax on nicotine products. Revenue from the taxes is distributed to fund health care, tobacco education, preschool, and other programs.  Written testimony on the bill is included as Attachment B.
