Senator Hill invited those present from the Private Occupational School Board to come to the table.  Lorna Candler, Director of the Division of Private Occupational Schools, came to the table to introduce the appointee to the board, Timothy Guerrero.

Mr. Guerrero introduced himself to the committee.  A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A.  Mr. Guerrero answered questions from the committee.

 Motion Refer the appointment of Timothy Guerrero to the Private Occupational School Board to the full Senate with a favorable recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the consent calendar.
