Kara Veitch, Acting Executive Director, Department of Personnel and Administration (DPA), provided an overview of the department's FY 2019-20 capital IT budget request.  The department is requesting $1.6 million in cash funds spending authority to replace the Colorado Automotive Reporting System (CARS), operated by DPA's Fleet Management Program.

Director Veitch was joined at the table by Rick Lee, Director of the Division of Capital Assets, DPA.
