James Thomas Yahn of Sterling, for a term expiring February 12, 2018 -- to serve as a representative of the South Platte drainage basin and as a Republican, and occasioned by the death of Phyllis “Diane” Hoppe -- discussed his experience and interest in serving on the Colorado Water Conservation Board (Attachment A).
