Representative Weissman, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 23-1008.  The bill funds programs related to food accessibility, creates a tax credit, and requires that certain federal income tax deductions be added back when computing state taxable income.  He provided a fact sheet (Attachment B), amendment L.001 (Attachment C), and amendment L.002 (Attachment D).
