Senator Zenzinger invited Dr. Andy Feinstein, President of the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), to come to the table to introduce the appointee to the UNC Board of Trustees, Annette Martinez. A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A. Ms. Martinez introduced herself and told the committee about her background and why she would like to serve on the board.
