Representative Holtorf and Representative Amabile, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 22-1268, concerning a reporting of Medicaid reimbursement rates paid to mental health providers. The bill requires reporting on Medicaid reimbursement rates for community mental health centers and independent mental health and substance use treatment providers, including an independent audit, an annual report on payment methodology changes, and a transparency report. Representative Holtorf provided a handout to the committee (Attachment F).
