and Bird, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 22-1051 concerning modification
of the Colorado Affordable Housing Tax Credit and extending the time during
which the credit may be claimed and increasing the yearly amount of credits
that can be allocated.  The bill extends the credit from December
31, 2024 to December 31, 2034 and increases the annual aggregate cap to
$15 million beginning on January 1, 2023.
