Representative Kennedy and Representative Herod, bill sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1085 to the committee.  The bill makes several changes to state law concerning health insurance requirements, opioid prescribing limitations, the prescription drug monitoring program, state and local public health funding, the Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment Grant Program, education for health care providers, and the Colorado substance use disorders prevention collaborative.
