Officer, with the Department of Early Childhood (DEC) gave an update to
the committee on the Early Childhood Information Technology Systems project.

Ms. Odean started the presentation with an update on the Universal Preschool system. Ms. Stefanik continued the presentation with information on the spending authority extension for the Early Childhood Information Systems project.
