Senator Lundeen, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 19-101. The bill creates new evaluation and reporting requirements for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and the High Performance Transportation Enterprise when considering the construction of a managed lane on a state highway. He provided a picture and a set of charts (Attachments B and C). Written testimony from the El Paso County Board of Commissioners was also distributed (Attachment D). He responded to questions from the committee.
