concerning transparency for metropolitan districts.  The bill proposes
additional requirements to proposed service plans on or after January 1,
2024, including maximum mill levies and debts determined by the local governments
served.  The bill also requires a metropolitan district meet annually
beginning in 2023 if formed after January 1, 2020; that the district obtain
a statement from a registered muncipal advisor before issuing debt; and
that buyers of property within a district be provided with a website address
for the district.
