prime sponsor, provided information about House Bill 23-1140 concerning
the requirment that businesses licensed to sell powersports vehicles have
a principal place of business.  The bill clarifies that delivering
a vehicle for a test drive, documents, and a purchased vehicle do not violate
the requirement.
