Ms. Humphreys also introduced Rick Johnson, Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. Humphreys gave an overview of DPA's real estate and their work towards reducing office space and becoming a hybrid workforce. Ms. Humphreys described the department's request to occupy space on the Auraria campus. The 1881 Pierce St building currently houses several DPA functions, but they have a lot of issues with the building, including the parking lot. The department seeks to move over to the Department of Transportation building for non-customer facing employees and then the Auraria Higher Education Campus space for customer facing services. 09:15:18 AM Mr. Johnson answered questions from the committee.
