Paul Johnson, President of the School of Mines (Mines), introduced Patricia Starzer, reappointee to the Mines Board of Trustees.  A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment C.  Ms. Starzer introduced herself and spoke about why she would like to be reappointed to the board.
