Senator Gonzales, Vice-Chair of the Affordable
Housing Transformational Task Force, gave an update on the activities of
the task force. She discussed the structure of the task force and subpanel,
and the charge to the subpanel to identify gaps in housing.  She discussed
areas of focus for the subpanel, and discussed a housing survey done by
the subpanel.

Senator Gonzales responded to questions from the task force regarding how affordable housing relates to workforce shortages. She further responded to comments regarding the diversity of housing needs in Colorado.
