Representative Duran introduced House Bill 19-1086. The bill as introduced requires local government plumbing inspectors to have the same qualifications as state plumbing inspectors and requires that all entities conducting plumbing inspections create procedures for contemporaneous plumbing inspections. Representative Duran provided a handout to the committee (Attachment A) and explained amendments L.005 (Attachment B) and L.006 (Attachment C).
