Senate Bill 19-083 to the committee.  This bill repeals an obsolete
statutory provision requiring the State Board of Health in the Department
of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to supervise certain air quality
control programs.  It also removes obsolete statutory references to
the Air Pollution Variance Board and the Air Quality Hearings Board.

SB19-070 - Referred to the Committee of the Whole

Representative Ardnt, prime sponsor, presented
Senate Bill 19-070 to the committee.  Under current law, the Department
of Natural Resources (DNR) is authorized to recieve or reject gifts of
money or property and to hold these funds or property in trust or invest,
sell, or exchange the property received for the benefit of the department
and the public.  This bill clarifies that this authoirty to recieve
gifts also includes grants and donations.
