Representative Bernett and Representative Van Beber, bill sponsors, introduced HB21-1018. Under current law, Medicaid clients may choose to enter into agreements with providers to pay for services not covered by Medicaid.  This bill allows adoptive parents of children in a subsidized adoption program to enter into an agreement with a medical provider to pay for medical services that are not covered by the child's Medicaid benefit.
