Representative Hooton, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-241, concerning the scheduled repeal of reports by the Judicial Department to the General Assembly. Representative Hooton explained the effect of the bill and discussed its need. Representative Hooton responded to questions regarding why certain reporting requirements are being eliminated under the bill.
