01:32 PM -- SB16-172

Representative Buck and Representative Tyler presented and summarized Senate Bill 16-172 concerning electronic notices in county property tax disputes. Under current law, a county board of equalization must mail notices of hearings and decisions to the petitioner's who dispute property tax valuations made by the county assessor.
