The bill adds in-home support services as an allowable service for persons receiving Medicaid home- and community-based services (HCBS) through the Brain Injury waiver program and the Community Mental Health Supports (CMHS) waiver program, subject to federal authorization. A handout was distributed to the committee (Attachment A).
