Buckner, bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 18-162 to the committee.
 The bill, recommended by the Early Childhood and School Readiness
Committee, creates a new license type for substitute placement agencies
that place or facilitate the placement of substitute child care providers
in licensed child care facilities.  Witness testimony on the bill
was heard during the February 27, 2018, House Public Health Care and Human
Services Committee meeting.
