creation of the Small Community-Based Nonprofit Infrastructure Grant Program
to provide assistance to nonprofit organizations that have been economically

for House Bill 22-1137, concerning practices of unit owners' assocations,
and authorizing the enforcement of certain matters regarding unit owners'
association in small claims court and limiting the conduct of unit owners'
association in collecting upaid assesment, fees, and fines, was held on
March 9, 2022 and was laid over for action only at a later date.  The
committee is taking action only on the bill today.  Representatives
