Hansen introduced House Bill 18-1382.  The bill creates the Energy Legislation Review Committee and lays out guidelines for the composition, selection, and procedure of the committee.  The committee is charged with reviewing statewide planning, administration, and monitoring of the state's energy resources.  Rep.
