Larry Friedberg, State Architect representing the Office of the State Architect (OSA), provided an overview of the OSA annual report (https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/osa/statebuildings). Mr. Friedberg first provided input on the facilities condition index and its relationship to the useful life of a facility. Mr. Friedberg then walked the committee through the annual report.
