Dr. Tony Frank, Chancellor and President, and Amy Parsons, Executive Vice Chancellor, Colorado State University System, discussed four FY 2018-19 capital budget requests. Dr. Frank first discussed a request to renovate Shepardson Hall. He next discussed two capital renewal requests to renovate buildings on the main campus. Dr. Frank responded to committee questions about the Shepardson Hall project.

Ms. Parsons provided an update on the redevelopment of the National Western site. She also discussed the Water Resources Center project request. In response to a question, Ms. Parsons indicated that CSU assumes it will be responsible for future maintenance of the buildings.
