Esther van Mourik, representing the Office of Legislative Legal Services, briefed the committee about potential public-private partnerships for the use of the state's microwave towers.

Kori Donaldson, Legislative Council Staff, came to the table to discuss how supplemental requests are considered by the committee with regards to time extensions for spending authority.

Commissioner Don Brown, Department of Agriculture, thanked the committee.

The committee discussed a draft prioritization list of FY 2018-19 capital budget requests [Attachment C], a request history of the Level 1 controlled maintenance projects [Attachment D], and descriptions of the Level 1 controlled maintenance projects [Attachment E].
