Minna Castillo Cohen, Colorado Department of Human Services, and William Chumley, Governor's Office of Information Technology, presented information related to the department's 1331 supplemental budget request. A copy of the presentation is provided as Attachment A.

The JTC staff analysis document is provided as Attachment B and the department's responses to follow-up questions are provided as Attachment C.
