Western Colorado University's Digital Transformation Initiative as the
number one higher education project priority, with the Rural College Consortium
for IT Infrastructure project being the second priority.  The committee
discussed prioritizing the projects with hardware upgrades (Colorado State
Uniersity Fort Collins, Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado
State University Pueblo) as being the next priority for higher education
institutions.
