of Information Technology (OIT) gave an overview of their R-01 Operating
Budget request. Information on the budget request is included as Attachments

with the statewide accessibility efforts, improving accessibility and shortcomings
in the past, overlap between accessibility and tech debt, the practicality
of hiring enough qualified candidates, and federal funding received.

the Office of Legislative Legal Services gave an overview of the draft
committee legislation which addresses payroll changes. The draft legislation
is included as Attachment F. The committee asked questions about Colorado
Workers for Innovatinve and New Solutions (Colorado WINS).
