a presentation (Attachment A). The presentation gave an overview of the
legislature's email. The presentation included information on the email
enterprise system and the impact of changing to an email enterprise system.

The presentation gave information on project goals, background of the project, scope, and timeline. The committee asked how DPA throught the progress of the project is going.
