Mike Mauer, Director, Legislative Council
Staff, came to the table to provide an overview of the interim committee
request and approval process. He told the committee that there would
be funding for a total of 26 meetings during the 2018 interim session.
Representative Lawrence presented Interim Committee Request 2018-1
which concerns driving under the influence of drugs evidence made available
since House Bill 18-1315. A copy of the request letter can be found
on the Legislative Council Committee web page. Representative Lawrence
answered questions from the committee.
