Senator Tate introduced Senate Bill 17-280, concerning extending the repeal date of the Colorado Economic Development Commission. Under current law, the Colorado Economic Development Commission in the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) is repealed July 1, 2017. The bill extends the commission until July 1, 2025. Senator Tate provided a handout to the committee (Attachment A).
