Exum introduced House Bill 24-1139, concerning surviving spouse benefits
of state employees. The bill allows a surviving spouse of certain deceased
state employees to continue to receive workers' compensation death benefits
for life, regardless of whether the surving spouse remarries.  The
sponsors distributed Amendment L.002 (Attachment A).
