Senator Todd invited Inta Morris, Deputy Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE), to the table to speak about Study Colorado, which is an initiative at CDHE to help public and private institutions in their internationalization efforts.  Ms. Morris distributed two handouts to the committee (Attachments A and B).  Students from Study Colorado came to the table and took turns introducing themselves and telling the committee what country they are from and where they are studying in Colorado.

SB20-023 - Amended, referred to Senate Appropriations

Senators Gardner and Gonzales, co-sponsors, presented Senate Bill 20-023, which concerns creating a multi-agency working group to address school safety.  Senator Garnder provided opening comments.  Amendments L.001, L.002, and L.003 were distributed to the committee (Attachments C, D, and E).  Senator Gardner explained amendment L.002.
