Senator Story, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 20-031, which concerns an Improve Student Success Innovation Pilot Program through that collaboration of multiple institutions of higher education to increase the number of students who successfully complete postsecondary education.  She distributed a handout to the committee (Attachment A) and provided opening comments on the bill.
