Senator Coram, sponsor, presented House Bill 20-1108, which concerns the composition of the board of trustees for Fort Lewis College.  Senator Coram provided opening comments on the bill, explaining that the bill will increase the board from seven to nine members and remove the cap on the number of members appointed from southwest Colorado.
