of Trustees, Denise Burgess.  A copy of the Governor's appointment
letter can be found as Attachment C.  Jesus Salazar, Chair of the
Bboard, spoke about Ms. Burgess.  Ms. Burgess told the committee why
she would like to continue to serve on the board.

Colorado Community College System, introduced the appointee and reppointees
to the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education (board):
 Melanie Kruger, Terrance McWilliams, and Landon Mascarenaz.  A
copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment D.
 Rollie Heath, board chair, provided opening comments.  The appointees
took turns speaking about the importance of community colleges and why
they would like to serve on the board.
