Senators Story and Coram introduce SB 20-208. Under current law, certain voluntary contribution programs appearing on state income tax returns are subject to sunset provisions requiring that the General Assembly repeal and reenact. This bill permits these options to continue appearing on Colorado tax returns, unless contributions for a program fall below $50,000 annually.
