Coram introduced Senate Bill 22-182.  The bill creates the economic
mobility program within the Department of Public Health and Environment
(CDPHE), creates the Economic Mobility Program Fund, and transfers $4 million
to the fund from the Economic Recovery and Relief Cash Fund. The sponsors

Affordable Housing Revolving Loan Program in the Division of Housing in
the Department of Local Affairs to provide flexible, low-interest, and

affordable housing.

Senate Bill 22-178.  This bill allows a medical marijuana cultivation
facility licensee to transfer medical marijuana to a retail marijuana cultivation
licensee and change the product designation from medical to retail marijuana,
as long as the facilities share at least one controlling beneficial owner.
