The topic of these reports, and their status under the bill, are described below.

Reports to the General Assembly that continue indefinitely:

Reports to the General Assembly that are discontinued, but reporting to other agencies continues:

          • health effects of marijuana (Section 2) - CDPHE will continue to report to the Department of Revenue and the State Board of Health;

          • comprehensive hospital information system (Section 4) - CDPHE will continue to report to the Governor and post report on website;

          • Pollution Prevention Advisory Board annual report (Section 9) - the board will continue to report to the Department of Local Affairs, the CDPHE, and the Colorado Energy Office;

          • prevention, intervention, and treatment programs (Section 11) - CDPHE will continue to report to other state agencies and entities; and

          • Colorado Health Facilities Authority annual report (Section 13) - the authority will continue to report to the Governor.
