Senator Roberts, primary bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 25-273 which requires health care facilities to retain blood draws or admission blood samples when a law enforcement officer serves a retention form to an attending physician or health care facility. Previous witness testimony and committee discussion was held on Thursday, April 10.
